Return & Refund/ Exchange Policy

With Deltacs's - 14 days return policy, there are no special catches or exceptions. Please send the items back to us in the original packaging and in the state you received them with it's original packing intact and in unused condition. Just go to My Account in deltacs.com and contact us for a return.

 

The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, no refund nor exchange will be done. Deltacs will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 3 working days or exchange items to be shipout to you within 1-7 working days after the confirmation.

*Please take note that there will be only one (1) time free exchange for each order.

 

Our return policy allows for item(s) return due to the following categories and reasons:

 Defective

 The product does not function as described in its manufacturer specification.

 Incorrect/ wrong item

 Not the product the customer ordered (eg. Wrong size or wrong colour).

 Missing item(s)/ part(s)

 Missing item(s) or part(s) as indicated in the packaging.

 Website error

 The product does not match website specifications, description, or image.

 

2. Buyer will be responsible for return charges only.

 Customer selected wrong size.

 

3. Buyer will be responsible for return and re-delivery charges.

To Return? It's Easy:

  • You can request to return your purchase up to 14 calendar days from the date you received the parcel.
  • The returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging and/or including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the products. Failure to do so will result in your application for returns being rejected.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • Any return without informing will be rejected and no refund or exchange will be proceeded.
  • We will process your refund or exchange upon receiving the return item(s) and inspected by our logistic centre (usually within 72 hours of receipt). Your refund will be credited to your bank account no. within 4 working days or exchange item(s) will be shipout to you within 1-7 working days.
  • You are required to provide us your banking details (eg. full name, bank account no. and bank name)
